Odometer Mileage Reset, Adjustment and Correction Techniques

Using the latest, hi-tech British, German and Italian handheld/PC, equipment specifically designed for this purpose. PMC can connect to the on-board diagnostic (OBD) socket on most cars to perform mileage correction, adjustment, calibration and reset service interval indicators.

Other mileage adjustment, alteration and mileage reset procedures utilized by PMC are semi-diagnostic requiring connection to the rear of the digital instrument cluster and some vehicles require a direct connection to the eeprom (memory chip) or processor found on the digital speedometer circuit board.

PMC have the latest diagnostic testing equipment available (dealership level), thus enabling us to address all aspects of the service/mileage reset process. This ensures that all service mileage readings are "in-sync" with the speedometer/odometer value and all errors are erased following comprehensive diagnostic evaluation.
